Elections Reminder - Voting Hours

There has been a change to the ballot from last afternoon’s AGM. I would like to extend my sincere apologies to Ken Sauter who was open to running for the Bylaw committee for the FA. I encouraged Ken to run recognizing the significant contribution he would make on the Bylaw committee but forgot to ensure he met the criteria for that committee. It is the only committee that has a requirement that a member must have sat for at least one term on a standing committee prior to coming onto the Bylaw committee.
Most people would not be aware of this criteria and it is up to me as the chair of the nominating committee to remember this when approaching potential members and in this case I missed this step. Thank you Ken for your willingness to run. My apologies to the membership for the change to the ballot as a result of my error.
