Strong organizations have good governance.
The operations of LCFA are democratic and governed by our Constitution & Bylaws. These documents are drafted by the Bylaws Committee of LCFA, and presented to the general membership for approval. Meetings - including those of the general membership and Executive Council are run according to Robert’s Rules of Order. You may access the most recent Constitution & Bylaws below. These have been approved by the Alberta Labour Relations Board as part of LCFA’s registration as a trade union in the Province of Alberta.
