Employees are expected to follow College policy while doing College work.
Our employer has policies
LCFA works with the College to help draft and refine important policies to ensure that the voice and interests of faculty are represented in those documents. It’s important to remember that these policies apply to faculty (in most instances), but that the Collective Agreement supersedes policy if there is any dispute between the two.
